1. Relationship
Manager – MSME – Graduation or Post Graduation
in any discipline under regular stream with minimum 60% marks from a
recognized university.

Experience: Atleast 3 years’ of relevant experience in a Bank / any financial
institution in sourcing/Processing MSME loans

2. Jewel
Loan Relationship officers – Scale I –

Minimum
Qualification: Graduation or Post Graduation
in any discipline under regular stream with minimum 60% marks from a
recognized university.

Experience: Atleast 3 years’ of relevant experience in a Bank /any financial
institution handling Jewel Loans

3. Deputy
General Manager (MSME Credit) –

Eligibility: AGM/DGM/AVP/DVP/VP in Public / Private Sector scheduled commercial
banks with exceptional experience in Credit at least for a period of 2 years
in the cadre.

Experience: Candidate should have exceptional experience in credit appraisal at
Regional/Zonal/ Head Office level and should have handled and managed all
types of credit proposals including MSME, corporate credit, export credit,
etc., at least for a period of 5 years.

4. Credit
Analyst – Scale II –

Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree, with a background in finance, accounting or other
related fields. Additional qualifications such as MBA(Finance) or practical
designations such as the commercial Banking and Credit Analyst (CBCA) program
will be given high preference

Experience: Candidate should have an experience of atleast three years in a
Bank/Any financial institution underwriting MSME proposals

5. Chief
Manager – Credit – Scale IV –

Eligibility: 1) Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university

Preferred : CA/CFA/CMA/ICWA

Experience: Minimum 5 years of work experience in MSME credit / Corporate Credit as
an executive in Supervisory / Management role / Senior Manager / Assistant
Vice President in Public / Private Sector scheduled commercial bank.
Experience in handling High Value Credit, Appraisal / Assessment of credit
proposals of MSME

2. Relationship
Manager – MSME – Not more than 30
years

3. Jewel
Loan Relationship officers – Scale I – Not more than 30 years

4. Deputy
General Manager (MSME Credit) – Not more than
50 years

5. Credit
