RITES AGM Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
| 1. AGM (Civil/ Ports) – Post Graduation in Port Planning/ Ocean Engineering/ Marine Structures/ Civil Engineering with Marine structures/ Naval Architecture & Ocean Engineering or its related field Min. Experience: Minimum 17 years experience in the field of Port Planning/ Development/ Port Upgradation and modernizing projects/ Breakwaters/ Wharf/ Berthing jetty/ Dredging and reclamation. |
| 2. AGM (Mechanical/ Ports) – Full time Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Technology in Mechanical/ Production/ Production & Industrial/ Manufacturing/ Mechanical/ Railways/ Mechatronics & Automobile or any of the above combination in part or whole or its related field. Min. Experience: Minimum 17 years experience in the field of Port Planning/ project preparation and design and management of Port based procurement & installation of port equipment for material/ cargo/ container handling and construction. Experience in Quality assurance of port equipments and safety related aspects will be preferred. |

RITES AGM Selection Process 2023:
| The applications received shall be called for document verification and screened for eligibility thereon. The company reserves the right to shortlist the number of candidates for selection out of eligible candidates. Due to prevalent pandemic situation, based on the requirement and discretion of RITES, selection process may be conducted online. The weightage distribution of various parameters of the selection shall be as under: Experience – 10% Interview – 90% (Technical & Professional proficiency – 60 %; Personality, Communication & Competency – 30%) Total – 100% |
