KVK Stenographer Eligibility Criteria:

Educational
Qualification:

1. Stenographer
Grade-III –

Essential
Qualification: 12th pass or
equivalent from a recognized Board or University, completed on or before the
date of the advertisement and knowledge of computer.

Professional
Efficiency: The candidates will be given one
dictation test in English or in Hindi at 80 w.p.m. for 10 minutes. The
candidates who opt to take the test in English will be required to transcribe
the matter in 50 minutes on computer and the candidates who opt to take the
test in Hindi will be required to transcribe the matter in 65 minutes on
computer.

2. Driver/T1 –

Essential qualification: Matriculation from a recognized board, completed on or before the date
of the advertisement r Possession of a valid and appropriate driving license from
prescribed Government Authority (the candidate will have to pass the
practical skill test to be taken by appropriate committee of Institute / Host
Institute)

Desirable qualification: One year trade confiscate in the relevant field from ITI: or Experience
in driving in a recognized Institutions: or Experience in motor mechanic work

3. Skilled
Support Staff –

Essential qualification: Matriculation or equivalent pass OR ITI pass from any govt recognised /
authorized institution.

Desirable qualification: Good knowledge in local language and proficiency in cycling
two-wheeler driving

Age Limit: (As
on 27.07.2023)

1. Stenographer
Grade-III – 18-27 years

2. Driver/T1 – 18-30 years

3. Skilled
Support Staff – 18-25 years

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for
SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for
SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India
rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.

Salary Details:

1. Stenographer
Grade-III – Pay band of PB-1, Rs.5200-20200
+ Grade Pay of Rs. 2400 [since revised to level-1 as per 7th CPC/-

2. Driver/T1
– Rs. 5200- 20200 + Grade Pay of Rs. 1800[since
revised to level-1 as per 7th CPC

3. Skilled
Support Staff – 5200- 20200 + Grade
Pay of Rs. 1800[since revised to level-1 as per 7th CPC
