IRCON Finance Assistant Eligibility Criteria:

Educational
Qualification: (As on 01.06.2023)

1. Finance
Assistant on Contract –

Essential Qualification: CA/CMA Intermediate

Post Qualification Experience As on 01.06.2023: Minimum three years of experience in the field of accounting,
taxation, filing of returns, handling of audit and preparation of financial
statements as per IND AS. Experience in SAP is desirable

2. HR
Assistant on Contract –

Essential Qualification:
2 Years full time post graduate degree
/ diploma in HR/Personnel/ IR /PM & IR with not less than 60% marks from
a recognized university/ institution approved by UGC/AICTE (In case of Dual
Specializations, Certificate to be provided in the field prescribed).

Post Qualification Experience As on 01.06.2023: Minimum three years of experience in Recruitments, Training &
Development and other HR Related activities Experience in SAP is desirable.

3. Technical
Assistant on Contract –

Essential Qualification:Full Time Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with not less than 60%
marks from recognized University/ Institute approved by AICTE/UGC. Candidate
should have good Computer Skills (Minimum six months Computer Certificate/
Diploma from recognized institute to be provided).

Post Qualification Experience As on 01.06.2023: Minimum One year of experience in Civil Engineering Related Works

Nature of
Experience

• Should be able to interpret/read drawings related with Civil
engineering works such as L section, GFC/ GAD of various structures like
bridges, culverts, earth work, cross sections etc.

• Should be well versed to deal with AUTOCAD drawings related to Civil
Engineering works.

Age Limit: (As
on 01.06.2023)

1. Finance
Assistant on Contract – 35 Years

2. HR
Assistant on Contract – 35 Years

3. Technical
Assistant on Contract – 30 Years

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for
SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for
SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India
rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt.

Salary Details:

Pay: Rs. 36,000 /- per month.

2. HR
Assistant on Contract – Fixed consolidated
Pay: Rs. 36,000 /- per month.

Assistant on Contract – Fixed consolidated
Pay: Rs. 36,000 /- per month.
