IPPB Executive Eligibility Criteria:

Educational
Qualification:

1. Executive
(Associate Consultant -IT) –

Minimum Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science /Information Technology OR Master of
Computer Application (MCA) (03Years)

Post Qualification Experience: Should have Minimum 1 year working experience in IT sector i. Exp in
Enterprise application monitoring (Core Banking, Insurance, web applications,
Mobile applications, other support applications), MIS creation using PL/SQL
for data extraction. ii. Exposure and understanding various Payment system
application like Card management, AEPS, IMPS, UPI etc. iii. Experience in
support and management of IT infra servers, network devices, Licenses, etc
iv. Experience in any application development, testing, SDLC, PMP, ITIL,
GitHub, latest technologies, AI/ML, Mobile/ APK Development, etc *Desktop support
experience will not be considered. * Internship experience will not be
considered

2. Executive
(Consultant – IT) – Minimum Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science /Information Technology OR Master of
Computer Application (MCA) (03Years)

Post Qualification Work Experience: Minimum 4 years post qualification full time hands-on working
experience.

3. Executive
(Senior Consultant-IT) – Minimum Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science /Information Technology OR Master of Computer
Application (MCA) (03Years)

Post Qualification Work Experience: Minimum 6 years post qualification full time hands-on working
experience as Executive level.

Age Limit: (As
on 01.05.2023)

1. Executive
(Associate Consultant -IT) – 24 to 40 years

2. Executive
(Consultant – IT) – 30 to 40 Years

3. Executive
(Senior Consultant-IT) – 35 to 45 Years

The
Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for
Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC
PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper

Salary Details:

1. Executive
(Associate Consultant -IT) – Rs. 10,00,000/-
CTC (Per Annum)

2. Executive
(Consultant – IT) – Rs. 15,00,000/- CTC (Per Annum)

3. Executive
(Senior Consultant-IT) – Rs. 25,00,000/- CTC (Per Annum)

 

IPPB Executive Selection Process 2023:

a)
Selection will be made on the basis of Interview. However, Bank reserves the
right to conduct assessment, Group Discussion or Online Test in addition to
interview. Merely satisfying the eligibility norms do not entitle a candidate
to be called for Interview/Group Discussion or Online Test.

b) IPPB
reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates for the
Assessment/ Interview/ Group Discussion or Online Test after preliminary
screening/ short listing with reference to candidates’ qualification,
experience, profile vis-a-vis job requirements, etc.

c) Results
of the candidates who have qualified for various stages of the recruitment
process and the list of candidates finally selected will be made available on
the website. Final select list will be published on the website.

SC/ST/PWD (Only Intimation charges) – Rs.150/-

For all
others – Rs.750/-
