Instrumentation Limited Engineer & Officer Eligibility Criteria:

Educational
Qualification:  

1. Finance
& Accounts – Manager
– CA/ICWA

Experience: CA/ICWA with minimum 10 years of experience in executive position in
handling financial matters in an reputed organization having revenue not less
than Rs 50 crores and should be well versed with accounting practices in the
country, handling taxation matters, finalization of annual accounts, dealing
with auditors, Board level matters, etc. It is a functional HoD level
position and candidate should be able to lead team of F&A dept for
overall management of F&A functions of the company. Should be well versed
with MS Office applications.

2. Finance
& Accounts – Accounts Officer –
CA/ICWA

Experience: CA/ICWA with minimum 3 years of experience in dealing day to day
matters of accounts of an organization, taxation matters, inventory costing,
payroll, exposure of finalizing the Books of Accounts and Annual Audits.
Should be well versed with MS Office applications.

3. Commercial
– Engineer –
BE/B.Tech (Mech) with first
class
Experience: Minimum 3 years of post qualification experience in commercial/marketing
activities in a control valve manufacturing company, having in-depth exposure
of customer interaction for various techno-commercial points of execution of
orders related to control valves, experience in coordination between
Commercial dept and various other departments like production planning, QC,
Shipping, etc for follow-up of order execution and coordinating works related
to pre-dispatch activities including customer inspection, Bank Guarantees,
Documentation, Billing. Should be well versed with MS Office applications and
with fluency in English & Hindi languages.

4. Company
Secretary – Officer –
ICSI (Member of the
Institute of Company Secretaries of India).

Experience: Candidate should be a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries
of India. Qualification of LLB is desirable. The candidate should have Post
qualification experience of minimum 3 years. The experience shall be
preferably in a reputed Public Sector Undertaking, Public Financial
Corporation, or NBFC. Candidate should be familiar with legal and corporate
secretarial matters, filing various returns with the Ministry as per the
provisions of the Companies Act/Rules and other applicable Laws, Conducting
Board/Committee /General meetings and AGMs, Coordination with Govt agencies
on various aspects of corporate laws including representing the company
before various authorities. Should be well versed with MS Office applications.
The position will be initially at registered office at Jaipur and will be
transferred to Palakkad, Kerala.

5. Design
& Engineering – Engineer –
BE/B.Tech
(Mechanical) with first class

Experience: Minimum 3 years of design & engineering experience in any control
valve or similar industry, and have experience in AutoCAD and 3D modeling
Solid works software’s (assembly/Par/design& engineering) and should be
capable of doing design calculations and preparations of technical documents.
Should be well versed with MS Office applications.

non–refundable account payee Demand Draft for Rs.250/- only as the processing
