India, invites Online Applications from Indian citizens fulfilling the
eligibility requirements, for two year Apprenticeship training under the
Apprentices Act, 1961.

CSL Rigger Trainee Eligibility Criteria:

Educational
Qualification:

1. Rigger
Trainee – Pass in VIII Std. Graduates or
Diploma holders or persons having such other higher qualifications are not
eligible

Age Limit:

The applicant’s age should be minimum 18 years and shall not exceed 20
years as on last date of online application (14 July 2023), i.e. date of
birth of the applicants shall be any date in the period 15 July 2003 to 15
July 2005.

 

Stipend:

First Year Rs. 6000/-

Second Year Rs. 7000/-

 

CSL Rigger Trainee Selection Process 2023:

CSL may follow the
following process to select the candidates.

1. Phase I –
Objective type online test

2. Phase II
Physical Test

 

Application
Fee/Exam Fee for CSL Rigger Trainee: 

i) Application fee of ₹ 600/- (Non
refundable, plus bank charges extra) should be remitted using the online
payment options (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking/Wallets/ UPI etc)
which can be accessed through our online application facility from 29 June
2023 to 14 July 2023. No other mode of payment shall be accepted.

ii) Applicants belonging to Scheduled Caste
(SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST) need not pay application fee. They are exempted
from payment of application fee.

iii) All applicants for whom the fee is applicable i.e. except those
belonging to SC/ST should pay the application fee as stipulated above. It is
important to note that their candidature shall be considered only on receipt
of application fee.

 

How to apply
for CSL Rigger Trainee Post:  

i) Applicants should go to the
website www.cochinshipyard.in (Career page – CSL, Kochi) and proceed to the
link for online application. The application consists of two phases –
Registration and Submission of application. Applicants should not submit more
than one application. Application once submitted shall be final.

ii) Applicants meeting the
notified requirements may go through the instructions on the online application
page, complete the Registration and submit their application online through the
online application facility from 29 June 2023 and the facility can be accessed
through our website www.cochinshipyard.in (Career page- CSL, Kochi).
Application submitted direct or by any other mode shall not be accepted.
